Elf on the Shelf - A Reminder

If your family is like mine, you may have forgotten to fill in the information on the back page of your Elf on the Shelf book.  This morning my kids woke up to a friendly reminder that they needed to get that done!

Elf on the Shelf Debut

The Elf on the Shelf made it's debut at our house!

The door bell rang, and a wrapped present to my kids from "The North Pole" was found on the door step.  You should have seen the excitement on their faces!  A present from the North Pole?  In November?  When they opened up their gift and found the elf, they couldn't believe their eyes!  A real elf!  ;)  I think we've read the book at least a dozen times by now, we all love it and we are so excited for Christmas!

Disney Movie Rewards: Add 50 Bonus Points with Magic Code Entered

Here's another quick way to add 50 bonus points to your Disney Movie Rewards account!  Just grab a code you haven't entered yet from one of your new movies (hopefully one you picked up on a great sale this weekend!) and enter code M1D178FEA4JD before you enter your code.  It will tell you that you will receive 50 bonus points when you enter your next code.  So that's when you'll enter your code from your new movie, and there's your 50 bonus points added right then!  I'm loving all these free bonus codes from Disney Movie Rewards!

Elf on the Shelf: Get Ready!

I just ordered the Christmas item I am most excited about: Elf on the Shelf!  I am so excited to start this new tradition with my family.  Since I'm new at it, I'm hoping some of you have some ideas for where my little elf could be found and what he might be doing when my kids find him in the morning.  I'm going to start as soon as I get him, and I'll be sure to post my ideas for any of you who have the same tradition, but I would love to hear what some of your favorite ideas from years past have been.

Gymboree: Save 25% on Everything + Earn GymBucks (+ Did you get your 20% off coupon in the mail?)

Every year I find the cutest little matchy Christmas outfits for my kids from Gymboree.  Right now they have everything on sale 25% off, plus you'll earn $25 in GymBucks for every $50 you spend.  If you end up spending $75 or more, you'll get FREE shipping too!

This deal gets even hotter if you are already on Gymboree's mailing list, because yesterday or the day before you should have gotten a coupon in the mail for 20% off everything!  That means, you can get everything at the 25% off sale price, and then use your coupon to take an additional 20% off!  The coupon also gives you FREE shipping on a $50 order, so you won't have to spend as much to get it shipped for FREE.  I love these sales!

*HOT!* 6 Bath and Body Works Lotions for $21.50!

It's no secret that I love Bath and Body Works, and I love them even more when I can get fabulous deals like the one they have going on for us now!

They have a great coupon good for $10 off your $30 purchase here, or use coupon code TENSHIP if you're shopping online.

They also have their buy 3 get 3 FREE signature collection items sale going on.

So I'm grabbing 6 of the Top Sellers collection lotions at $10.50 each.  (The Top Sellers are the ones marked at this price point.  You can buy any under the buy 3 get 3 FREE, I just chose these because they were the cheapest that fit with this deal scenario.)

When you add 6 to your cart, you'll only end up paying $31.50 for all of them.  Then hand over your coupon and watch your total drop down to only $21.50 for all 6 lotions, or about $3.58 each, for full size Bath and Body Works lotions!

If you are shopping online, consider adding a few more items to bring your total up to $50, because you'll then be able to score FREE shipping!

These make great Christmas presents and are always good to have on hand!

Snapfish: Buy 1 Photo Book Get 2 FREE

Photo books make great gifts, and now is the perfect time to get them!  Head on over to Snapfish by November 8th and create three 20 page photo books.  They can be all the same or all different, just be sure they are all the same price.  Then enter coupon code MYFALLBKS at checkout and you'll only pay for one of them!

50 Bonus Disney Movie Rewards Points With Movie Code

One of my favorite ways to get FREE Disney stuff is from Disney Movie Rewards.  If you haven't started entering your codes yet, what are you waiting for?  I've been able to get some fun things for my kids in the past - like a Toy Story hat and watch, blankets and collectibles.

If you have a Disney Movie sitting around that you haven't entered the code yet, now's a great time to do that!  Head on over to Disney Movie Rewards, log in to your account (or sign up for one) and enter code M1D17MAIGNEH before you enter your magic code.  You'll get a message saying that you'll receive 50 bonus points when you enter a movie code.  That's when you'll want to enter your code found inside your movie case.  I was able to get 175 points for the new pirates Blu-ray/DVD combo including the 50 bonus points.

(Thanks Couponing To Disney!)
