One of my favorite times to shop for clothes for my kids is during the Children's Place's Monster Sale! In stores only (not available online) you will save an additional 50% off their already reduced prices! I have been able to find lots of things under $5! And since a lot of these are winter items you can still use them this year, or buy a size or two bigger and put them away for next year!
