Happy Cinco de Mayo!
To celebrate we are having Sweet Smothered Chicken Burritos that is on my friend's (an amazing cook!) blog. I haven't made them before, but I have yet to find something she makes that I don't love. Except I don't love pork, don't even like it a little, so I tweeked the recipe only a little to make them chicken burritos instead of pork. Hope it turns out alright.
Now if I could just find some sombreros.... ;)
